SaintVision Technologies LLC ("SaintVision," "we," "our," or "us") operates the SaintSal™ Labs platform at saintsallabs.com and the SaintSal.ai service (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and profile information you choose to provide. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Services, including:

Pages visited, features used, and actions taken
Search queries and chat interactions (to provide and improve our AI services)
Device type, browser, operating system, and IP address
Referring URLs and session duration

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing history.

AI Interaction Data

When you use our AI chat, builder, voice, or search features, we process your prompts and inputs to generate responses. Conversations may be stored to enable conversation history, improve service quality, and maintain continuity across sessions.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for data hosting, AI model providers for processing queries, analytics providers)
AI Model Providers: Your prompts and queries may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure including Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Upstash. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure.

Access & Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data
Correction: You may update your account information at any time
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
Opt-Out: You may opt out of non-essential communications
Cookies: You may control cookies through your browser settings

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. We use Google Tag Manager for analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account deletion, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention) for up to 90 days.

9. International Data Transfers

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
