These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaintSal™ Labs platform at saintsallabs.com and the SaintSal.ai service (collectively, the "Services"), operated by SaintVision Technologies LLC ("SaintVision," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Description of Services

SaintSal™ Labs is an AI-powered platform that provides:

AI search, chat, and research capabilities across multiple intelligence verticals
AI-powered website and application builder
Social media management tools
Business formation and management tools
Career suite including resume building, job search, and digital business cards
Voice AI interactions
Document and image generation
Additional features as developed and released

The Services utilize third-party AI models and APIs. The availability, accuracy, and capabilities of these services may vary and are subject to change.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Tier: Limited access to basic features at no cost
Paid Plans: Starter ($27/mo), Pro ($97/mo), Teams ($297/mo), Enterprise ($497/mo) — pricing subject to change with notice
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

Metered Compute

Certain features (Builder, AI generation) consume compute credits. Overage beyond your plan's included credits will be billed at metered rates. Current metered tiers: Mini ($0.05/min), Pro ($0.25/min), Max ($0.75/min), MaxPro ($1.00/min).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Generate, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, metering, or access controls
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
Use automated tools to access the Services (except as provided through our APIs)
Impersonate any person or entity
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the experience of other users
Use the AI to generate content that violates any law or could cause harm

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP

The Services, including all software, designs, trademarks (SaintSal™, HACP™), patents (US Patent #10,290,222), and content created by SaintVision, are owned by SaintVision Technologies LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Services (e.g., websites built with Builder, documents generated, social media content). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Services.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of any AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. You should independently verify any critical information.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAINTVISION TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaintVision Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaintVision regarding the Services
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
